My understanding of business analysis

Software is used in a Data Warehouse project. In order for this to take place in accordance with the needs of the project or the customer, experience and understanding of data is essential! The business analysis is not only the documentation of the actual state, the customer needs and requirements, their effort estimation and prioritization. It also provides a significant contribution to the deployment, introduction and efficient operation of the solution. Test and operation development cycles are also considered. The business analysis therefore also contains tailor-made test cases, which on the one hand provide guidelines for implementation, how the department uses the data and what expectations exist.
